Compassionate , caring and know what they are doing . We’ve been going there for years with all of cats and dogs and would highly recommend these guys . Just had our little Shit-zu in for eye surgery and recovered extremely well.

I would NOT recommend this practice their is lack of care and mistakes happen ,
consults are rushed and my cst was put in his carrier after surgery , carrier was not closed properly and my cat ended up on the floor having just had surgery. Lack of care taken
This same cat then had an ultrasound done because he lostt 2kgs.
The ultrasound was not read throughly and I was told he was ok just a not of pancreatitis no treatment.
My cat was left with a life threatening condition because vet did not look at ultrasound throughly
Total . Lack of care as I requested he reckeck the ultrasound gain and again every time I took my cat in as he was deteriorating he looked like a skeleton
eventhough he was eating double morning and night .
Quite clearly he took no notice of my constant requests
instead told me he is ok nothing wrong with Him.
I had to tell vet yo do a b12 test which came back severely anemic and vet talks me there is nothing wrong with my cat just give him b12 injections
At this point I had enough of his rubbish and requested my files be transferred to another vet he was not happy saying my cat was his patient . Fortunately mo more nor are my other cats.
It's all about commission in that place no quality care
I discovered 5 months later that the ultrasound he had taken showed thickening of intestinal walls which is a life threatening condition if not treated and Ialll I hot from mt lawley vet was nothing wrong with him.
Any vet can make a mistake but this is not a mistake this is carelessness and lack of care for the animal and owner no excuse just pure negligence.
The ultrasound report stated it clearly all he had to do is read the report which obviously he did not could nt be bothered , too hard no time. Yet expect payment.

Also i got wrong blood results given to me for my other cat I discovered it accidentally.
Again lack of care taken.
This should not happen if not rushing to get more and more people in to make more money.
3 mistakes in 7 months on my cats.
This I find unacceptable.
There is a big lack of care on that place.
All those mistakes and they still demand payment.
Also DO Not do dentals in that place
they fo not have xray machines and my cat had a dental there out of 3 teeth that were removed 2 roots were left behind and one had developed an absess.

It's all about money not about your pet at this vet practice.

No special care is taken with your animals
