My partner gets a fade and he never been happy with his hair cut until a frind of us sugested to go to Youssef at Hermit park so we went there on Saturday morning and it was very busy so we expected a long wait but we didnt actualy as there was four hairdressers working but we wanted to wait for Youssef anyway and then Youssef gave him a hair cut that i was so impressed, couldnt belive how good and quick it was so we followed him to Aitkenvale and my partner never let anyone else other then Youssef touches his hair. keep up the good job as not many in townsville

Great review! They do a wonderful job! They accomodate for the yong and old, men and women, there consultations are better than any you would have at a normal salon. They make you look the best you can by taking into account your face shape, hair type and proffesion (if applicaple)

This place is called a "barber's" and it's time they changed that description as they offer so much more. It's a walk-in, no appt place. Sometimes a wait, sometimes not. I badly needed a cut and style last year, didn't want to pay a small fortune to a salon so tried Youssef's on a whim as it was early morning and empty of clients. I'd just shopped at Woolies so went in with my trolley of groceries which they were happy to accomodate in their air-con premises. I was a bit worried but....I was consulted on what I wanted, had my hair washed and conditioned in gorgeous smelling peppermint shampoo, a scalp massage and then got the best cut I've had in many years followed by a blow dry - and all for $30. Unbelievable! I've been back twice since (and wouldn't go anywhere else now) and am surprised to have never seen women clients in there - only men. But I guess if you call yourself a "barber" people assume it's men only. Well, I can tell you it isn't. I was also offered a colour, but declined as I like my grey hairs.
