A really good vegetarian restaurant. The dishes on the menu are interesting, flavoursome and delicious. Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff.

Had an amazing meal last night. Full at 8pm, but the staff were on top of it. Slightly chilly in the courtyard but not to the meal's detriment. Food was speedy and quality was tops as always -- would be my number one vegetarian restaurant.

Quality vegetarian restaurant with an impressive range of Australian craft beers and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. So many epic dishes to choose from that it's best to order a heap and share. Highly recommended.

As a vegetarian and sometimes vegan I often find it challenging to find good cafes that cater for me and offer healthy food. I was happy to discover Yulli's several months ago during a google search. I live nearby so I've been several times. There is a separate vegan menu, very friendly service too. The pricing is what you would expect in Surry Hills so it's not cheap but the quality is outstanding. They have a banquet but I haven't tried it yet having only been in by myself or with one other friend. If you are coming for dinner it is best to call and book a table or alternatively turn up for an early lunch or dinner to ensure you get a table!. The staff hand out fantail candies (the ones with the movie trivia on them) when you pay your bill. I think this add's a nice touch. The bathroom deserves a mention; it uses recycled water from the handbasin above to flush the toilet. I'd love to see more restaurants try this!

Whether it be a busy and noisy Saturday night dinner or a mid-week lunch, Yulli's has an amazing atmosphere. The food is delicious, and best shared so you can try more dishes! My absolute favourite dishes are the crispy fried tofu and the panang curry pot pie. Amazing flavour combinations in all of the dishes, a lot of which have inspired my vegetarian cooking at home.

The food is great, tasty and fresh, the service is friendly and quick and they have great mulled wine and mulled cider! I have to say the food was amazing, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. We had the orange pear salad which was absolutely delicious, I could eat it every day! And I don't even like salad much. The falafel was ok. Bit spicy for my taste. For mains, the veggies and tofu were excellent but the highlight was the eggplant, it was just fantastic. I will definately be back to try everything else on the menu! Loved it! The staff were unassuming and helpful, that made the place relaxed, and along with the excellent food... A Special Place.

Loved it fantastic vegetarian food, the restaurant is very small so make sure you make a reservation, loved the tapas style food, great as we didn't know what to order so got a few plates to taste. hmm salt and pepper tofu!

Small restaurant and bar. Vegetarian dish range and most can be veganised. Many gluten-free options. leek and ginger dumplings are my favourite. Lotus root chips are good too.Also baby burrito plate is a teaste sensation. Love the vegan dessert of mango tapioca pudding with homemade coconut ice cream.

I have to say I love, love this place as a vegetarian cafe/bar. It's food is amazing and all meat-free. They are very chilled and relaxed but with a diverse menu of interesting foods. They have a great little garden area outside too. One of my favourite places to eat in Sydney.
