Service was great! Friendly and prompt! And massage was perfect! I didn't know what to expect but it was exactly what I needed! Masseuse asked pressure to use for massage before starting and would do it harder at my request. My body loved every second of it! :)

The massage was a perfect combination of relaxation and deep massage. The room was gorgeous with fragrant candles and the masseuse Lauren was friendly and very professional. It was an amazing gift and I'd recommend anyone offer it to someone in need of some pampering. I'll be buying it for myself from now on!

If you're looking for a nice and relaxing experience, this is for you. The liquid salt massage had me dozing off to sleep, and the facial afterwards was even better. Nice dark room with ambient music playing softly in the background, a comfortable massage table, and good service. Overall, it was a great experience.

I am a new woman! I was given a voucher for Christmas and I am astounded by the level of service I received from the minute I walked in the door to the second I walked out. Nicole did my Dead Sea Salt Scrub, Mud Wrap and a Full Body Massage. I can't even begin to describe how amazing they were. Nicole instantly made me feel comfortable and she is absolutely wonderful at her work and so lovely! Rebecca did my facial and I have to say, my skin has never looked so good! She was very knowledgeable about skin care and helped me to understand my skin type and the areas I need to focus on in my regime. Rebecca knew all about the products and was very helpful. I have had many facials in the past but I must admit, I have never had a facial as amazing as the one I had yesterday. I have been going to Ywax for the past year and have had the most amazing experience every time. Nicole in particular is brilliant, excellent job and makes your feel totally comfortable. Very friendly staff and a high level of service. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I went in here for a spray tan, the staff were lovely, very helpful and made me feel comfortable. Plus it was the best spray tan I have ever had done. I will be returning!

YWAX is the best salon I've ever been before. It has the best customer service I have experienced. Nicole and Dan make you feel at home and welcomed every visit. The consistency and standard of service is the highest. Nicole is a eyebrow Goddess and not to mention does the best facials I've ever had.
