We have eaten there many times as a family or with friends and it has always been great. The food is innovative and value for money

Three strikes and they were out. 1st time our orders were wrong, it took 3 goes to get coffees right, and we were charged the wrong amount. 2nd time we asked if we could get lunch, were given menus, and when it was time to order were told they weren't serving meals anymore. 3rd time the food I had was very poor.

Yeah, I found it much the same on 3 times I had visited - poor service & poor food quality if it was right.
