This photographer is not reliable unethical. Over promised and under delivered. They tried to charge us extra fees which were not disclosed in advance. Better make sure you have every thing in writing - what is included and what is not.

How shocking! I feel terrible for you that your photographer has put such a dampener on your special day and the memories of that special day. Thanks for the warning, hopefully Z & H Bridal Image will not be able to rip anybody else off.
That is really bad, Z & H Bridal could learn a thing or two about ethic business practices.
