Absolute poor customer service. Agreed to hold stock until an agreed time then when attended said they don't have it and holds are only for 24 hour. Don't waste your time with this store.

My first time at this store, and wow.. fabulous service! The girls are so friendly.

HOWEVER, almost everything is made from polyester - even some of the denims that we looked at. I found 1 item made from cotton. I found one other item made from linen, but it wasn't a reasonable quality linen. I found one jacket made from viscose, which I might have bought, except that the prices at the Myer sale were heaps better than the prices here.

I bought a knit cardi for someone else, that was made from cotton and nylon.

The clothes were stylish and well made, but only for polyester princesses - which I am not. I didn't expect the earth, but I expected slightly better fabrics, and a lot more natural fibres.
It was high end style made in K-Mart fabrics. It was a large store that didn't seem to have much selection - it was all spread out quite sparsely.

I really wouldn't bother to go there. I'm going to Europe next year, so I'll see how their Zara stores compare.

Wow. I love this shop. It wasnt expensive- which really surprised me. Lots to choose from for everyone. I have mainly purchased baby and children s clothes and have been very impressed. Plenty of parking as its located within Burnside Village shopping center. If you haven't already tried it - give it a go you wont be disappointed. Great service, lovely ambiance, large variety.
