Product looks good, but they failed to keep in regular contact, frequently not returning calls, and the paperwork / invoices were inconsistent, making it difficult for our strata to explain certain costs. Just get everything in clear expressed writing first. An official letterheaded, itemised quote, then an updated quote before final payment to include any additional orders or add-ons and price increases on top of the deposit already paid.
