The service here is always so quick and efficient. Staff are always so polite and accommodating. This Zarraffa's serves quality coffee and has never made a mistake on any of my orders.

I keep coming back to Zarraffa's - always reliable and the new drive-thru on Ferry Road is the fastest way to get coffee in the morning and not be late for work!

Nice enviroment , Not really enough seats though . It was very full last time i went and we were quite squashed . They make lovely cakes and coffees though . A nice place to stop on a quiet day :)

I love flavoured coffee, so Zaraffas is a great choice. I can ask for any flavour I want and get it extra hot too. I love my rewards card, because sometimes I get a surprise free coffee!

Zarraffas is my absolute favourite coffee shop on the Gold Coast. The quality of the product and taste is always superior to any competition. It is reasonably priced and worth spending the money here rather than at a competitor for a consistently impressive experience.
