Honestly the most revolting coffee I've ever been sold, and I've had some shockers in Albury/Wodonga. Returned as they were so disgustingly astringent/chemically that it's what I imagine it would be like to try downing a cup of fly spray. The other party was lucky enough to have only taken a small sip of the first offering and assures me that the replacements, while not great, were drinkable. However, an extended afternoon of feeling seriously seedy and an overpowering aftertaste that lingered hours after the experience has left me with more than a a 'bad taste'.

Clearly told the barista on return that I thought unflushed chemicals or something else had gone seriously wrong, the reply to which was that she'd make them again. No apology or acknowledgement of the incident was made then, or at their arrival at the table.

Avoid.

Café may seem popular but prices are way to expensive for meals here. Also Devonshire scones are already made up with jam and cream on them. They should serve the cream and jam separately and let the customer put them on the scones. I think if the prices come down and they re look at their food then yeah I may go back.
