I was a regular customer at Zeds long before they moved to their present well-designed salon. I just love being pampered and made to feel very special whenever I come in for a cut or colour. All the staff at Zeds are extremely well trained, attentive, courteous and considerate. On top of all that, I receive an excellent cut which always draws admiring comments from others. What more could you ask for?

My friend was'nt wrong when he suggested Zedz to me. I was very impressed with the charming staff and professionalism and would definetly recommend a visit to Terrina's Zedz Salon. You won't be dissapointed.

Every time I get my hair done at Zedz, I look around the salon and have a look at what each stylist is doing to their client and I can see that each stylist is giving their client a 'personalised' colour & cut specifically suitable for them. I have also noticed that I see the same people each time I come here which to me, means that they are regular clients - just like I am. To me, that's the sign of a good business - repeat clientele.
Not one bad word to remark - not even about the magazines. I couldn't care less if they were not the current issue - I'm just happy to have something to flick through.

Great consultation from Brad and thrilled he did the work himself. Had a colour correction and new colour done.
Not cheap though.
Decor is lovely but the "extra service" person who makes coffee and gets you a drink etc was slack. 45 minutes for a glass of water. And magazines 20 months old!

Zedz always gives an amazing service, both hair and beauty, I absolutely love this place. I find it hard to get my hair sorted but I even got a lesson in how to style and the colour is amazing!! Can be a bit hard on the wallet though

My experience this morning was fantastic. I was greeted by Belinda, she had a nice warm towel for me to prepare for a hair wash and rinse. From then on I felt really at home and comfortable. I felt very comfortable when Belinda cuts my hair. She gets it right every time. When I walked out of the salon I felt just soooo good.

I LOVE MY HAIR!!! My experience with Zedz was great. The staff are professional and approachable. I was given a colour and cut that was designed just for me and my stylist took into account not only my hair but my complexion, lifestyle and personality.. I havent had that experience at a salon before and I felt really special. I felt like they really cared about me and my hair. I was asked if I would like to take a tour upstairs to see the day spa and beauty salon, it was WOW factor! I am going to get my waxing done next visit... finally I have found one place that I feel pampered and comfortable to get all my hair and beauty services.. Thank you to the Zedz staff... What a treat! I received a Gift Voucher from my daughter for a hair treatment and Cut & Style with Grace. I must say, that the entire service, from the welcoming Receptionist to the Junior Assistant -who gave me the most relaxing head massage I've ever had at a hairdressers, to Grace herself, was just what you would want from a business. Kind, Friendly & knowledgeable - these staff members, and this salon is one that I will come back to.
I normally go to a hairdresser that sprays my hair down with a water bottle and does a little trim and I then walk out with damp hair. Definitely NOT something that happens at Zedz. I get a lovely head massage at the basin, get my hair cut and then blow-dried. I end up glancing at myself in the review mirror of my car as I drive home.
