Zedz is definately the go to salon, for pure luxury and quality service. The team at Zedz are so friendly and so welcoming, every time I visit the salon I am so comfortable and relaxed, and that is due to the team and atmosphere of the salon. I absolutely love going to Zedz and it is definately worth the visit and the money.

From the moment you walk into Zedz you become a VIP.
Being greeted by name, by a receptionist that makes you feel as though you are a friend coming to visit.
Enjoying a "proper" coffee, tea or juice whilst your stylist discusses your treatment needs, so that you get what you want and like. Whilst at the same time imparting her expertise making you aware of new and improved colours, cuts and treatments so that your money and time spent is well worth it.
Then relax in the massage recliner while a junior hairdresser with the best trained hands by the Zedz team shampoos and massages your hair and head. Sublime treatment!!
The staff work as a team, being aware when advice, help or a "coffee" is required.

My experience with this salon is first rate, I moved to the area last year and have been a customer since. All the staff are fabulous and extremely helpful and always offer great advice. Terrina has been cutting my hair and her cuts were terrific from the get-go and have only gotten better as she's gotten to understand my hair. She's honest about wether something will work or not, like color for instance. Terrina has also been doing the color and has done a great job amplifying my original color. As someone who doesn't own a hairdryer , I appreciate that she takes my lackadaisical attitude towards hair styling into consideration when choosing her approach!
The girls don't try to push products (though they do carry great ones). Also worth going in to check out is the fabulous day spa upstairs full of more great products and treatments.
Finally!! Somewhere I want to return to every 6 weeks.

My experience at Zedz is amazing every time. Staff are incredible at their job, they are very well trained by Terrina and always know what they are talking about. The salon always looks beautiful. With their day spa upstairs and the hair services down stairs, it saves you a lot of time as you can get both things done at once! I will always go to Zedz for my hair and beauty services!

The saying "you get what you pay for" is very fitting for Zedz. If you want the best, you've just found it. Everything about Zedz ticks all the boxes. The staff are very well trained and know exactly what theyre doing. They are always happy and treat you with warmth and friendliness. Their professionalism is a credit to Terrina, as they are all very balanced and unpretentious (as you get in other 1st class establishments) which is refreshing and makes for an enjoyable visit. Every process, from appointment booking, to the coffee, to the amazing head massages, to the final product will certainly leave you feeling well satisfied and looking a million dollars. They're up-to-the-minute with their styles and suggestions and they all REALLY listen to the client.
You could probably souce cheaper services, but I guarantee you (from many past experiences) you will not be getting the same quality service and care. I've learnt my lesson and will not stray again.

Fantastic staff members, they are always friendly and ready to help. Staff seem to love what they do which makes it a great experience for customers..Was very happy with colour, haircut and facials. Absolutely amazing interior and ambience. Definitely going back there!
