He painted our newly renovated unit externally and I couldn't believe all the paint that he left on the brickwork and on the glass plus he never filled in the gaps he just painted over all the gaps. I asked him to leave me any left over paint and he refused to give me the half tins of paint. He poured some in a small jar and handed them to me. I don't understand I paid for the paint.
