The shop is on a strip I regular pass so I see a lot of their items and often will go in drawn in by both the excellent range and impressive pricing. The business owner knows his goods, provides me with specific information regarding their design qualities and limitations and is very upfront as to just how much I can expect from purchases at this discount store. This is a variety store with a lot of extremely attractive and good quality material at consistently discounted prices.

Bought a 15 litre fridge-it was faulty and needed defrosting once a week.i returned it and was given another.This was also faulty.I took photos and sent them to owner of shop who said he'd send them to manufacturer.In the end i took it back for a full refund.It took 5 hours of my time plus 8 trains and the fare to get this sorted.The owner asked me to call him each time i was coming in to his shop,but he couldnt be bothered to even let me know that he'd received the photos and what was happening.He even tried to get me to fit in with HIS schedule(as opposed to business hours) and rearrange my visit around when he'd be in the shop.I was given my money back-exactly $184 and 95 cents.He couldnt even give me an even $185 for all the trouble i'd gone through and then he called out a sarcastic comment as i walked out.
