The staff lisened to what I wanted or how I wanted my hair to be cut. They did it that way and I was very happy with the end result. The prices were also compatable with others.

My first impression wasn't great because the staff were very rushed and it created a not-so-relaxing environment which made me a little anxious. Friendly enough, but I didnt even know who would be cutting my hair as I was tended to by so many different staff! And All of a sudden someone who hadn't even said HI was putting foils in my hair, and i wondered if she had the right person. In the end though, Tina who cut my hair was amazing at her job and communicated with me well to be sure she would give me the cut I was after.
