Once I had sent a request for urgent pick-up and delivery I got a reply almost instantly. Unlike with other courier companies, I was able to get in touch with the courier directly. He was very friendly and made sure the documents were delivered quickly and reliably. Will definitely use zipments again in the future!

The biggest differentiator I have found with Zipments vs other Sydney couriers is their ease of use and transparency. The ordering platform is well designed and easy to use. Furthermore I can speak directly with the courier that had my package. This ended up being really helpful with my last shipment as I accidentally entered the wrong house address and was able to speak with my courier and get the issue fixed.

I needed to send an urgent contract from St Ives through to Botany and had no luck with other courier companies I found Zipments online and booking was easy. I looked into other courier companies but they were expensive and I needed to open a formal account. Zipments was extremely easy to use and had excellent service. I was notified of my courier and could even watch them arrive at the destination. The courier was on-time and incredibly friendly. I will definitely Zipments again for any urgent delivery needs. Used them twice now. Very friendly and capable drivers are able to deliver our large and delicate paintings incredibly quickly and for a great price. Highly recommended! Love being able to see where my parcel is and get notification of delivery from my phone.

SO FAST! This was my first time using Zipments as I heard about it from a mate. I'm so glad they have come to Australia. I was busy planning for an event and had to be in three places at once - all last moment. Zipments saved the day! Had the supplies brought to me rather than having to drive all over town. The best bit is - they're really quite fair on pricing too, considering they are the ONLY company doing this in Australia I'm surprised its such good value. I'm hooked.
