I purchased a gorgeous pair of boots but upon taking them home and trying with different outfits I realised that the boots were far too tight in the foot and an exchange or refund was required. The sales assistant at the store plus her manager were more than happy to do either. I had passed the 2 week refund policy but I was more than happy to exchange. They totally went out of their way to assist me in buying a new pair of boots that suited my lifestyle and feet. They took their time showing me different styles and were extremely friendly. I left the store feeling satisfied and happy about the wonderful customer service that I had received. My new boots are beautiful!
