Their staff are really rude and apathetic about their customers. The staff member I dealt just left myself and my partner mid conversation to go outside and have a cigarette! No concept of customer service at all. They also claim on their brochure that they have 24 hour check-in yet if you attempt to check-in during the early hours of the morning, they are unable to do so due to a night audit that they carry out on their computers. I actually emailed a letter of complaint to the establishment and a week later I have yet to hear a reply from them.
