Friendly staff.Get the exact cut you want every time.Easy to make appointments.Every customer leaves happy. There seems to be a lot of return customers who the staff know by name

I have food from this restaurant delivered as I don't drive. This is one of the only restaurants that does deliver. The food always arrives hot, is well cooked & is delicious. I look forward to my meals from here.

Great range although the aisles are close together & hard to move around especially if disabled. I se a walking stick & found it a little awkward to move around on my own I needed my kids to help me. If in a wheelchair forget trying to get inside.

Seems very crowded. Aisles close together,hard to find what your looking for. Does have small range of fresh fruit & veg at good prices but need to be quick to get anything on sale

Shop seems very crowded lots of tables full of books very close together no room for prams etc. I use a walking stick & it was difficult moving around in the store

They often have kittens in metal cages near the checkout that people tend to want to pat but there are no signs up telling you that these animals are not vaccinated & maybe shouldn't be touched. When asking for help the staff tend to lead you towards the most expense products available & then seem 'pushy' about getting a sale.

Always busy.Only a few staff available to serve even when busy. Have to wait a while for the food to be given to you.

From outside the store it is hard to tell it is a pharmacy. Prices seem high. Not all the staff were interested in helping if you need it.

There is little seating for people waiting for scripts. Staff not always wanting to help in finding the right product you may want. Often waiting in long lines to be served
