Walking past I noticed a sale on some salt n pepper wine glasses. Recently some of mine were broken. I went in and they had two of the three types that I needed on sale. When the gentlemen from the front counter approached me, I queried whether they had the thrid type of glass in stock. He advised that they did and that they were in the back but still to be unboxed. I further questioned whether they had another type of glass in that range and they didn't. He offered to order it in and give it to me at the sale price even though it wasn't a sale item. He then ordered the glassware, unpacked boxes and got all that I needed on a busy Friday night. The entire time he was polite, helpful and cheerful.

The staff at Michaels are friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Everytime I go there they chat no matter how busy they are. When I place a phone order, if they say it's going to be ready by a certain time it is. The shop is clean the food is good and the people are very personable.

Efficeint and friendly staff, personable intimate dining area. The food in genrously portioned and tastes great.

Our dining experince was good, we pre-booked a table, upon arrival the table was pre-set. We were shown to our seats quickly and provided with menus. Our drink order was taken quickly and the service was great. All questions and catering variations were met without a problem.
