After suffering from Anxiety for as long as I can remember, and have tried numerous types of things to help, from medication to counselling, I can confidently say Anna has been a tremendous help. She has given me the tools to confidently approach life and start achieving goals I never thought possible. I now know that I have the ability within myself to handle any of life’s situations and I have Anna to thank for that.
