I went there a few years ago at a time when they weren't busy. I have very thick hair so I find it really hard to find a hairdresser that likes cutting my hair. I usually just get a shampoo and cut and not worry about the dry because it takes so long. I had one of the men cut my hair and he wasn't too fussed about the thickness, he just got on with the job. He did a pretty good cut too and pretty fast. Didn't find them overly friendly though.
