Expect products to be broken perfectly between 12 months to 2 years so much so that they'll make you jump through hoops to get a replacement/refund. We fell for their extended warranty tricks - thats essentially the same thing as normal consumer warranty. Don't believe when theyre customer service bend truth about "instant replacements/refunds". Its a lie.
