I definitely appreciated your perspectives on dealing with my belief in trying to find that ‘balance’ although I found it a little hard to focus on what I found was physically attractive about myself and having to think about what my husband finds physically attractive. Which is why I guess my empowering belief centered around being more than my outer shell.
