Paul's prompt responsiveness in the lead-up to the event was much appreciated and we also really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to customise what he played to our requirements. The preparatory work that he put in and special extras that he added in were fantastic, as was his presentation on the night. It all very much helped contribute to what was a truly great night for us and all who attended!
