Was after travel information and costs to an out of the way town in North America. The travel agent was unable to help me with accurate pricing at that time, and offered to call and email me through the itinerary and costs. I never heard back from them.

The assistants are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They always offer a cheaper alternative, and on the odd occasion when we have had some unusual skin disorders or infection, their advice has been very good, and very accurate.

Cleveland markets are a wonderful day out. With plenty of stall holders with goods ranging from beautiful fresh produce to some amazing hand made goods. There is something for everyone, including some wonderful cafes and restaurants and pubs to satisfy everyone

This Indian supermarket has shelves that are fully stocked with everything and anything that you could ever need to make delicious Indian food. The people that work there are very helpful and informative and will point you in the right direction if you are unable to find that special ingredient

the food was good, the atmosphere just needed a little more pizazz to make it feel more authentic. The service was fine, with a knowledgeable waiter and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time

The store is full of beautiful Balinese home-wares. You can even have a party in your home which could be fun. I went to one at the shop, because they are able to show so much more there, we were treated like very exclusive shoppers as the store was open just for us!

I went in for an eye test, and the optometrist was able to see me straight away. I had a standard eye test, but needed a glaucoma test as a precaution. Everything turned out to be just fine, and the optometrist was informative.
