Our experience of the chemist may be better than most I am not sure but certainly better than some. WE take prescriptions in most days of the week I think as I need an extremely large amount of medicine.
They are rather slow I think that is my only complaint. I have to have some complicated medicines, they are not always in but then they are not the normal run of medication. They have never failed to have them the next day. At present I am using an extremely unusual medication, not even some doctors have heard of it, the lady pharmacist there was very helpful to my husband. She got ALL the information from "Their Pharmacist List" she went through it throughly with my husband we had the best information & help from her before the special nurse was able to obtain it. That I feel is service "beyond"
She has also been to the house to do a complete Review of my medications at the request of my GP. That again was such a helpful experience. She even went into my diet, tried in every way to help. We never felt rush only the help & caring.

I have found ANITA the owner extremely helpful in every way. I am not an easy size to find clothes for. She did help as much as she possible could. She take pleasure in what she is doing which is a really lovely experience.

I always have tremendous help & service there, they cannot do too much to help you
They welcome you when you come into the store know what you like and as I say go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your selection

The staff are the best, I am disabled and they cannot do too much for me. They go around the racks and through all the clothes trying to and succeeding to help

These ladies are always helpful to me especially caring as I am disabled. They help with suggestions and move around the store for me at times. The will exchange cheerfully if I have any problem

Dr Lester is one of the most kind and gentle men and dentists I have ever visited. He looks after my teeth so diligently as I have a number of medical problems. nothing is too much for him. I think virtually most of my family go to him now

We have to have medications regularly always cheerful & helpful. Will get anything special ordered by doctor for you. I have had to have very special medicines not normally carried by them bit they have promptly made arrangements to have them ready for me.

Helen comes to me with the new books of products on offer each time they are due. There is no pressure to buy. She points out any good bargains you may be interested and will advise you on products she thinks may help or on use.
She telephones when your order is ready then makes a mutual time for delivery.
An extremely like able, caring person

Chris has framed all my husbands cross stitch. He has won many competitions. Chris has helped with suggestions of colored mats which have enhanced the final product. She has also framed photographs and other art projects for us.
Service could not be bettered, friendly and helpful

We often call in for coffee or lunch. Janet and Jim have also catered my 70th birthday party, which we held at my home. The food was imaginative,plentiful and excellent value for money
