We went one weekday morning for breakfast. There were 3 other people there as well as the two of us. We were there first, yet they took the other orders first even though we were ready and waiting. They took 35 minutes to get us our coffees, while taking other takeaway coffee orders and serving them first. The food came out just after the coffee. Unfortunately the coffee mugs were dirty, then my husband found plastic wrapping in his eggs benedict. By this stage the chef was outside a few metres from us on the footpath having a smoke with the waitress, so to sort it out we had to walk up to them and tell them. The chef handed the waitress his cigarette and offered to replace the meal, however by that stage we were not willing to take our chances with the level of hygeine. My husband had to go straight to work so he picked up a takeaway coffee elsewhere on the way, and had no breakfast.

Best car experience I have had! So often being a female people who work in this industry try to rip you off or make you feel stupid, not these guys! Friendly office staff made a great first impression, easy access to a parking area on arrival, clean premises and the tradies who fixed my car were just as nice. They gave me a quote which was in line with other quotes I had been given for the job, and the work was guaranteed to be finished all in one day. I was very happy with the work that was done and if I need any more smash repairs this is where I will be going.

I was told by a vet that I was stuck with the issues my 3 year old adopted dog came with, and knew he was wrong so I went searching. I did lots of research looking for someone to help me train my new boy gently, he was very fearful and scared back then. I attended a short seminar on dog body language run by these guys, and was so impressed that I booked us in for a basic obedience course. Danielle is so helpful, and so willing to share her experience. The proof really is in my boy... we have now moved onto the next course and in the space of a few months I pretty much have a new dog! I couldn't imagine having a dog in my life without the friendly advice and help Paul and Danielle have given us.
