I went into this store expecting expert fitting and service and not only did I have to almost beg to get served but the service was shocking. I have orthotics and narrow feet and wanted to get fitted for a pair of shoes for work - Any that were half suitable were out of stock and the attendant didn't even measure my foot properly. Unfortunately I had a similar experience 4 years ago and wasted $250 on a pair of ill fitting shoes and was silly enough to think that they may of changed. I will go to Brisbane to be fitted properly in the future - what a shame to have to take business out of Townsville!

We had a very comfortable and easy photo session with awesome results. We will go back again for more family and special event shots. Lori is very professional but relaxed at the same time making it a good experience even with two young kids!
