I have had remedial massage to remove tension in my upper back and neck. The staff are happy to accommodate my schedule and the massage therapist is thorough and attentive to my needs. Sports massage is also available. Highly recommended.

Delicious pizza, the ingredients are always fresh and friendly staff. Much better than the chain store varieties. I have never had a bad one from here.

Ladies Short Style Cut $16.00 - an absolute bargain. I have to admit the cut was a little rougher that what you get at places like Just Cuts and Salon Express but still looks good with minimal products needed. I would recommend to all ladies who like a basic wash 'n' wear style. While I was there I saw some other ladies who had just had some colour done and they looked great. I also noticed they do some nail art, manicures, pedicures etc that were very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back again for a haircut and to try some of the other services/treatments.
