I was very happy with this clinic. They are well organised, caring, and helpful. The nursing team were always on hand to take any random question or concern I had that came up. They were very good at answering the phone and if I did have to leave a message it was returned promptly.

There are lots of people who make up an IVF team; doctors, nurses, counsellors, embryologists, receptionists, finance officers etc – & I never had a negative experience with any of them at Newlife!

Chris is calm and compassionate. He is reliable and answered all my many questions. The reception staff at his rooms are also lovely and knowledgeable. It was easy to reach them when I needed to, and they always followed through on their word, and quickly. Chris and his team were amazing throughout my IVF journey.
