My partner went to their Central Markets shop on Friday to enquire about purchasing local, sustainably caught seafood. She was laughed at in response to her request (directly in her face) and told "its all from Australia" Subsequently, the "service" guy proceeded to make jokes about her request in a loud voice, to the other staff, so all the customers could over hear. Absolutely deplorable service, will NEVER return.

I needed to get my watch fixed – nothing major, just a few things adjusted on it. So I went to a number of jewellery stores that gave me such a run around that it made me crazy (even left one swearing under my breath about their incompetence).

But TODAY it was a different story – went to visit Jeff J Brown, watchmaker extraordinaire - not only did he do the repairs on the spot, he also did it for FREE – and then refused payment when I (half heartedly) insisted

So in exchange for his star customer service, I am putting the good word out there to the watch-wearing-public about his wonderful service.
