They give you a detailed report of everything that was done. Also things that can be left for next time round is also put on your invoice. I found them a bit expensive in labour as they charged labour for every single item separately which I thought was a bit rude. Was quoted less then what was the end result.

I went there for lunch. The meal took minutes to come to the table, considering I ordered a seafood platter. The fish was good but the salad was awful. I didnt touch it. The lettuce had marks all over it, the cucumber was brown, the cabbage looked old. I informed the waitress and she said it was all fresh this morning. I informed her that it didnt look fresh. She said that under lights the cucumber changes colour. I told her that the cucumber should be cut fresh from the fridge not cut in the morning and left out on the bench and then served to the customers. She said "No one else complained and we have served this salad before". I looked across to the other tables and theres looked better then mine and my friends. She offered no other explanation and moved away from the table. My friend and I left $37.00 short and still hungry. I wont bother going there ever again. So much for country pubs.

I have been with this company for years. Its a family business but the last two times that I had my car serviced there, they didnt do what I asked. I asked for a full service and was told the car didnt do it. After a week my cars temp went up and it had an awful smell. I checked the water bottle and it was empty. They didnt put any of that coolant (green stuff) and the bottle had grime in it. This was the second time this happened and I wasnt happy. Have taken my car to a better mechanic now. I think change of hands had something to do with it, but thats no excuse.

Its all about being friendly, helpful. They help you to relax. They serve tea or coffee while you are waiting. The atmosphere is incredible. Everyone is smiling and happy including the staff. I had my hair cut and would definitely go back. They dont assume anything, they ask if you want spray or wax.

One of the doctors is a very rude man to the receptionists who work for him. He is rude to his customers as well. I told him how I felt and he said "There is no way all those things can be wrong with you. I am going to wipe the computer of your history and we are going to start again" I walked out and told the receptionists that I wont be back. I had been going to him for the past 20 years and he gets more rude as the years go along. My daughter and son both refused to see him and know of his rudeness. He slams the phone down when you are called into his room for your diagnosis, blames the girls on the desk that they are incompetent and shouts at them in front of the waiting customers. I went elsewhere and I havent had that treatment again.

I was recommended 7 years ago as I had acquired a new car. I wont go anywhere else. They are the best and they dont charge unreasonably. They always try to make sure that quality comes first.

I prefer Sesto Shoex to any other store. They have quality shoes at reasonable prices. The staff are on hand for whatever help you need and I value their opinion. Its the best store and I have bought my shoes from them for the past 8 years.
