I recently received a gift voucher for my birthday. Apart from it not getting emailed to me on my birthday and the buyer needing to follow it up everything has been great. I purchased a heap of items late at night and by lunch the next day I had an email saying it's been posted! Now the hardest part - waiting for Australia Post to bring it to WA all the way over from QLD! :)

I only wish I had found these guys sooner! The customer service is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and always gives you the time you need. I will never go to another vet, regardless if I live 5mins away or 50mins!
