Crown Power installed a new air conditioner unit for us (replacing an old unit) and we were impressed with the entire experience. Their supplier did not have the model we wanted, so they provided the next model up at no extra cost. Four guys came out to do the installation, it was done in less than 1.5 hours and left clean and tidy. Friendly people, quality work and great customer service! They also provide a 5 year installation guarantee, where some others only give 1 year.

Huge range of food to choose from. We went in summer, inside was quite warm and stuffy so we asked if we could move outside (windy but better), staff were very friendly and helpful. Food took a long time to come out (around 45 mins), but tasted pretty good. Serving sizes were generous so we got the leftovers in a takeaway box.

I'm always able to get an appointment on the same day. They can arrange your medicare rebate back into your bank account which is great. Depending on how busy they are, sometimes the appointments feel rushed. Conveniently there is a QML lab in the same shopping centre. Always plenty of parking.

Staff are always very friendly, helpful and work through any problem areas with you. I've never felt rushed or pressured to buy products. The ASAP skincare range that they use & stock is amazing.

Sandra did my wedding photos - she was amazing! She made us all feel relaxed and comfortable, kept things on schedule and got fantastic shots of everyone. Great value and fast (we had all the photos on a disc within 2-3 weeks).

The staff know a lot about paint and were incredibly helpful with picking out the right brand and colours to get us started on our DIY house painting project. They gave us a card with all the info so that when we need to order more, they can get an exact match. Their New Look paint is great, was very easy to paint with, looks great and is holding up well.

The optometrist was very knowledgable and thorough - he explained everything during the exam so that I knew what was going on. They have a pretty good range of frames at great prices. All staff were very friendly and helpful. $249 for 2 pairs of glasses - my health fund covered most of it which was great.

I paid $25 for a trim (no wash & quick dry off). The trim was ok but a little messy/choppy for my liking (layers not blended in very well). Staff were friendly and cheerful.
