They produce UNIQUE AMAZING cakes! we've used them on numerous birthday occasions and received masterpiece cakes. Each time we've brought out the cake a tbieprthdays there's a resounding "Oooh....AHHH " lol. Tasty chocolate or white mud cake is covered in ANY design you want with white or dark chocolate shards shooting around your design. Go to their website to see heaps of their cakes theyve done for other customers to get ideas....I've designed a few of our cakes and the cake designers followed it to a the last letter. They are patient with you during the design process and have lotsa suggestions to help u along. Another great thing is 100% of the cake is edible not like some that you cant really eat the design on top IMO is a waste of money... Superb service, top notch products at excellent prices! Never been disappointed with this business in the last 3 years :)

Five outta five! Staff customer service is great every time. Didn't feel like a number but felt the staff member and Pharmacist was truly listening to what I was after :) even if you're just enquiring without purchasing. Definitely have the care factor here :)

My girls love their packaged cupcakes and their hot meat pies are delicious. Service is quick but sometimes a little rushed during busy periods. A couple of times when we've bought a few items totalling over $20 odd dollars she's put in a freebie cake slice which was really nice! Had us going back for sure :)

Lovely, friendly owner. The premises is below the residence and when you walk in it has a calm, peaceful ambience. They offer gift vouchers and after my second visit I bought a voucher as a birthday gift. Great service... Totally recommend!

I prefer this Bunnings to Joondalup. It seems bigger, cleaner and not so crowded with stock. Great to have the playground, ( although it was out of order last visit) cafe and toilets....convenient for the kiddies. Our girls love the mini trolleys too and it keeps them occupied while we shop.

The only cafe in the Butler shops. Lovely decor, spacious enough for prams to meander around the tables. Been there twice in the last two weeks...clean interior, quick service, Great coffee and love the banana bread! They have a nice array of cakes too! Will go back for a dinner meal soon :)

Ordered our meal for takeaway at our local Chippy fish n chips. When we got home we cut into the Kingfish and it was rubbery on the middle. We phoned them and the staff member put us onto the manager who listened to our problem and was more than happy to rectify it. She apologised and asked us what we would like to do...either get a credit for next time, pop back later on for a new one or go in straight away and get anything we wanted. We said we'd come down now and she popped in our new replacement order to cook. I also ordered squid rings and she gave those to us complimentary. We've always gone to Chippys for fish n chips....they are our number one choice and people we know wil drive two/3 suburbs for their food. This was the first problem we've had and the customer service we received was excellent and we will continue to go there for delicious, hot fish n chips :)

Been three times now and very happy with this establishment. Great size meals for the price! The only neg is the last time we went (Last night Fathers Day) Hubby ordered steak medium rare and it came out over cooked. They apologized and we had another within a few mins. I'm wondering if we just got given someone else's by mistake as they were quite busy. Any rate did not impact on our night. We will definitely go again.

Was on our way to GO BANANAS indoor playground today Saturday, but it was just too busy so decided to go a few streets away to Neverland. There were only a few cars in the car park so we thought cool! We had been once ages ago and remember it being a bit ho hum... but it wasn't busy so in we went!
Good door price (paid $8 ea for our 19month old and 3 yo - we were free). Have to say the only good thing about it was the main climbing frame in the middle. Oh and it has comfortable cafe seating. But the cafe food is atrocious! We ordered food for the girls: fish fingers n chips n a drink and for hubby the fish n chips with an extra piece of fish. The small piece of fish was ok, the chips were stale but the large piece of fish was uncooked in the middle and the gravy was dark and tasted disgusting! I took it back and before I even said what was wrong the lady asked me "not cooked in the middle?". So it's obviously happened before. I'm glad it wasn't given to my girls to eat!! They refunded what was owed us and I used that to get two coffees, a slice of banana bread a cherry coconut slice and just paid the difference. It took 15mins for them to start making the 2 coffees...it was not busy, there was three staff on and they were all out the back. The banana bread was a lil under done, the butter didn't taste right and the cherry slice was ok.
I noticed a few play areas were empty or just had chairs stacked up or they were just blocked off. One area had three old school fair ground type games that were privately owned and you had to pay extra for. These games also had a mobile number to ring if you had any problems with them and had nothing to do with Neverland. The 2 huge trampolines were the regular ones you'd get from Target or similar and had the netting all the way around. The kids liked those but i think i prefer their other floor tramps they had. Overall it just had the feel of old, and in the middle of a renovation or something. It's in need of a makeover for sure. Definitely would not go back with the way it is and would not recommend it to anyone... now I know why everyone was at Go Bananas.

My husband popped in for a look one day and we've found they have great specials on Protein supplements, Fish oil caps and general vitamins. Good, friendly service with the assistant having great product knowledge.
