Mt Vic Flicks is a small independent & delightful cinema. It is a step into the past with old fashioned decor, comfortable seats, lollies, icecreams and cups of tea/coffee are inexpensive, the films are varied and include special screenings. They call it 'Your Art House Cinema out of the City'. Its cosy, warm in winter, cool in summer and does not belong to a big cinema group. The people who run it seem to support social fundraisers and awareness raising films too, so people can book the cinema for a fundraising screening.

Daoud does external and internal house painting. His preparation, care and use of materials is the best I have ever come across. His experience of paint types, applications, preparation requirements, climate issues and anything to do with painted surfaces is outstanding, as is the neatness of his work, and his co-workers. I would recommend him to anyone. He is also experienced using eco friendly and non-allergic paint finishes such as natural clay paints etc. Great!!

Peter has done a range of difficult jobs on home renovation that require thinking outside the square. He is able to problem solve and do both large woodwork tasks as well as small detailed work. He travels by public transport with his portable tool kit and he has great design ideas. He is not your usual tradesman, more like a gentleman with a range of practical skills. He has plenty of advice on a range of solutions.

Damien was one of the most professional tradies I have used for a long time. He arrived when he said he would, did the most amazing job and let me know about some floor issues that need to be remedied, which will prevent future problems. This is outstanding to take an interest in looking after things, even when out of the tradesperson's tasks. He loves wood and it shows!

Installation of electrical appliance which needed opening in external wall. Excellent advice on what appliance was needed, neat installation and info on use and after care. Reliable and very professional.

Disconnect, remove and install new electrical appliance. Stuart was able to come at short notice, arrived on time and did a really thorough job. He was excellent to deal with, all paperwork was done promptly and his charges very fair. I would recommend him.
