The restaurant is lovely, welcoming and the staff really friendly. The menu is full of authentic Japanese food. We ordered 4 dishes and between each dish the wait staff changed our plates and wiped our table down. The wine list isn't extensive but has a decent selection by the glass. But it is also BYO. Good for pre theatre as just around the corner from Her Majestys.

I went in for a bikini wax as a new customer. They were very friendly and escorted me to a waiting area with couches and magazines. I was offered herbal tea while I filled out my information. The beautician who did the waxing was friendly and chatty (which was good as i needed someone to talk to me while I took my mind off the pain of the waxing!)
