We have a rental that is managed by Harcourts. We have found the rental Manager to be extremely helpful and understanding. We have set a high standard for tenants to maintain the standard that we handed the property to them, including the gardens. This Manager has taken photos of most areas of the house for the tenants to agree on looking after the house "as if it was their own"

The owner of this newsagent is always a pleasure to talk too. Nothing is too much trouble and a smile is always there. He makes you feel that you are the only customer in the newsagent

My partner had her handbag stolen and they were extremely helpful in tracking down the offender. Over and above normal follow up was outstanding. Their security was excellent and they were sincere in their apologies etc
