We originally made contact with the office via phone at a very busy time at the office and somehow our contact details were not left with them. (Neither us nor them realised this at the time). About three days passed - the time Mark had promised to get back to us - and we hadn't heard from them.
"Here we go again" we thought "another company that can't be bothered."
Then, within a day or so, I came home to see a bloke park outside our house at Exeter and knock on our door. It was Mark.
He and the team, knowing only my name and the address of the sale property in Williamstown, had done an amazing detective job hunting down an address listed only in my wife's name and had travelled to our home (after hours and on the off chance it was the correct place) to apologise and hopefully rectify the oversight with our contact details.
From then on, we were exceedingly happy with everything that happened. Yes, the cottage at Williamstown was on the market for a very long time but at no time were we ever in doubt about what was happening.
The team were amazing at staying in touch at every development, helping and recommending different strategies and at all times we felt confident and informed.
