Terrible service, have to wait around for ages before someone will ask if you need help. One guy instead of helping me with what i wanted, he told me that i didn't want this, and then told me incorrect details about a product. Not very helpful.
Some times prices are really good, there's the odd bargain, but for the most part prices are fairly bad. Especially with the PC speakers, prices are really bad.
They will sometimes price match, but they never do it with a smile on their face. I get a bad vibe from some of the tech guys there.
I had one guy beat a price on a hard drive for me (by $1), and he entered some info into the computer which i assumed was so when the item was scanned at checkout it would come up with the altered price. Well when i went through the checkout, it came up as RRP. I told the lady at the checkout, and she was rude. She said, "Oh no he would not have beaten a price, just price match" said with attitude. Let's call our customers liars "day".
As it is i had to wait in line for nearly 10 minutes because there's only 1 checkout for computer equipment, and 1 checkout for electrical.
I often know more information about a product than the clerk trying to sell it to me.
Store is clean and tidy.

Pleasent staff. No restrictions on EFT, no min spend for purchase, no min spend for cash out.
Nice range of gourmet foods that i beleive are specific to this IGA, it is an individual. Nice deli section. Value is not too bad either, for a boutique supermarket. Lillydale free range BBQ chickens are $11.50, equal to what you'd pay at a chicken shop like Red Rooster.
I bought a bacon and zucchini savoury muffin and it was very nice, the girl heated it up for me, and did a good job of this, cause sometimes when a shop assistant heats something up, they just blast it on high for 30 secs, and it's boiling hot on the outside, and still cool on the inside.
Price was $4 which i think was good. Considering Muffin Break muffins are $3.90, and their bacon & zucchini slice is $5.50-$6.
Nice small juices for $1.50 (can't remember which brand).

This review is for Coles, Bellbowrie QLD

Coles Bellbowrie is clean, most of the staff are friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable to good. Stock is limited in some areas, not as vast as other supermarkets and Coles specifically. This is disappointing, and means i will shop elsewhere for certain items, and purchase less at Coles Bellbowrie when i'm there.
The worst part though is the Delicatessen staff. I have waited around for several minutes before staff have notice me and come to help. Often they have their backs turned doing other duties, and they leave huge gaps between checking for customers behind them.
They rarely ask if there's anything else i need, which is a practice that's not only polite, but also increases sales for the business.
Smiling is at a minimum, as is stock knowledge.
The quality and freshness of the product sold is very good, except for when it comes to the chicken. I never buy chicken drumsticks or wings from the deli anymore because they are often expired or close to it. I can't even give it to my dog.
The cold meats are for the most part, very fresh. Also the fresh fish that i've bought has always been very good.
As far as stock range in the other grocery departments, there are some gaps. No Old El Paso corn chips anymore, no sml Jalna strawberry yogurt, a limited range of single muesli bars, the flavoured milk range could be better, the Yoplait Forme yogurt range is limited, there is frequently no fresh coriander available along with some other herbs, and there are no single bread rolls for sale.
