I really love this new hot yoga studio, it's amazing. Brand new studios, great showers and change rooms and really lovely staff. While it gets super hot in the room, it's bearable. If you take it at your own pace and listen to your body you will be fine. Their instructors will help you and if you're new they will keep an eye on you to make sure you are okay and not lost with the moves. I recommend it as it is a super supportive environment to try out hot yoga!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I love the atmosphere and the food is fresh and delicious! We go here as often as we can! I can also practice my Spanish with the staff! Love it! Cheap, healthy and delicious!

While they didn't have the size I was after, the owner went out of her way to find it at other stores and to make me feel comfortable! They have heaps of gorgeous items that are reasonably priced. I can see myself coming back for a chat and to buy gifts for friend's special occasions!
This is where I go for most of my groceries because I find they have the brands that I love that are hard to find at other stores. They are a little more expensive, but usually I have to drive to several different stores to find the things I'm after, I save the hassle and the time by just going here instead!
I can not speak highly enough of the team at Panic. KC always rocks my hair, and I love chilling out in the awesome relaxed atmosphere. I leave happier and in an awesome mood every time my hair is coloured and cut! Thanks so much!

I attended a free two-day business course in early 2013 and it was mind-blowing. I learnt so much, all of it actionable awesome advice for my small business. I can't wait for the next course to see what else I can learn and apply to my business to help me grow and be successful!
