Being only BMW dealership, they are extremely arrogant and pushy. Customer service is definitely there forte. I was there to get a test drive and look at couple of options. Within 45 seconds of looking the car, we were asked to put the deposit!!! I am not exaggerating. We definitely wanted two of them as we got two of our cars written off due to hail storm in Oct 21. But our experience was so bad that we decided not to buy. We also received some really terrible experiences with them.

TL;DR - be warned. They are extremely pushy and arrogant. Customer service is well non existent. Go at your own peril.

It will be definitely good idea to go there. Make sure you look out for the catalogues and best bargains. They are having weekly best deals.

I shop here regularly sometimes a few times a week. It's rare that items that I require are out of stock. There is a good variety of stock. The staff are friendly and many of them on the checkouts are open to a conversation.
