As carolineb6 said the store is never as packed as some other Aldis I have been too which makes shopping a bit more pleasurable. Aldi always have great prices and great items...is quite limited but still good for bits and pieces, especially your everyday household items.
Drive thru service is usually very efficient. Customer service is pretty average but there are some really friendly staff too. Have never had a problem with my meal there surprisingly.

If you haven't been to a Cold Rock Ice Creamery - you are missing out!! I thought Ivanhoe was a bit of a strange place to have a store but it's just down the road from me so I can't complain. 10/10 Ice Cream like usual. Staff are friendly and have great customer service skills!

Yum! Best pizzas ever! Be prepared for a bit of a wait - but it's worth it. A bit pricier than your usual pizza joint but you definitely get your money's worth. Nice staff and the best part - you can even order online!

Prompt drive-thru service, only had problems with my order a couple of times. Staff are generally friendly and know what they are doing unlike some fast-food restaurants.

Wide variety of stock. Lots of newspapers, magazines, cards, stationary and giftware. Friendly staff and great service.
The man who owns this shop is very friendly. Do your shopping while you wait. Great prices for key cutting.
Cosy little supermarket - they do lack some specialty items. Friendly staff, convenient opening hours (until 12am). Have a store greeter who hands out baskets to customers - how's that for service?
While you're waiting for your washing - go shopping. This laundromat is nestled at the back of an outdoor shopping mall. Plenty of machines, always some available. Relatively clean. They have a coin machine as well as a laundry detergent dispenser - very convenient
Smaller than usual Safeway, very easy to find things. Friendly staff. Don't have some specialty products I'd find at other stores but nonetheless still have a pleasurable shopping experience here. Oh and they have an Oovie machine!
