Shopfit Co has really let us down. Our advice (and the advice of others in the building industry who have seen Shopfit Co's work on our property) is to AVOID them. It is recommended that you avoid signing their contract - it put us in a situation where the District and Supreme Court are required to claim damages for (and reverse) their actions. If you want a good Builder in the Gold Coast, there are several great options - but if Shopfit Co is on your shortlist, then we recommend that you strongly consider the other options to ensure that you don't end up in the same situation as us. We are happy to be contacted by any members of the public who wish to discuss what happened. Our aim is to save others from the same fate. We intend to continue to publicise this - beginning low key, then moving to statewide and national media avenues. The more people we can warn, the better.
