We had the worst experience with 123 moving. They damaged my kitchen table upon delivery. Lucky I noticed & when I did they were telling me it wasnt too bad. It was scrapped along concrete & had chip marks all over the top. After numerous phone calls & emails they said they could repair it. 2 months later we get our table back & it was not our table at all. Different colour & took away rustic effect which was the reason we bought it. Was told it cost $600 & we would have to pay $200. Was not happy with it so I want to go through insurance which WE pay the excess for!! So beware if they damage anything you will wear the cost for insurance even though they say it is included in your cost when you book. Would not recommend this company at all. If we don't get a response in the next few days we are going through the ACCC. They took our table away & now we are left with nothing to eat off for who knows how long!!! Not happy!
