I called Dr Eastham one morning feeling very ill and unable to see my usual Dr. I was told to come along, her service is run like a Medical Centre: first in best dressed. I arrive (9.30am) and after waiting almost 1hr to get in to see the Dr i was then informed "I take CASH only". A GP in the year 2010 takes CASH only ... ridiculous! I was told to go to the bank a few blocks away and come back "after lunch". Feeling disgusting i do what the Dr ordered. I go back after lunch, wait another hour to get in again, (its now 3.00pm). I start to tell the Dr whats wrong with me only to be told, quote "I DON'T DO LISTS! PERHAPS I'M NOT THE DR FOR YOU"! I was gob-smacked, so gob smacked i walked straight out of the surgery. I have never in my 43 years been treated so rudely & dismissively from a so called health care professional. I wouldn't see this DR EVER AGAIN!

I am a relatively new patient with Dr Savio and already he has become my favourite Dr! An old school DR who spends time with his patients, is respectful, courteous & caring. A FABULOUS Dr!
