I ordered my 10 seater dining table and chairs from Instyle furniture back in December 2012. After months of waiting, my table was ready, but my chairs weren't. Finally after 4 months i received a call saying my table and chairs were to be delivered the following week. Much to my surprise, only the chairs were delivered, and no table. After numerous phone calls I was told that it was the table that wasn't ready and the chairs were. Long story short, I am still waiting for my table 9 months later, which i had paid in full back in December, other pieces of furniture that I have in my house are of poor craftsmanship and have needed repairs on drawers etc, I feel i have been lied to with no appoligies, and bad customer service as i am always calling them after they promise to call and let me know what is going on. I suppose you get what you pay for.
