I made an online order for a plant that was supposed to be in stock. It arrived more than 3 weeks after placing the order and was a damaged sickly specimen that looked as though it won't survive. My emails have been largely ignored by diggers, originally I sent 3 emails to find out where the plant was (eventually one was answered). Since the delivery I have sent 3 emails explaining the situation and requesting a refund (all 3 remain unanswered). Quality and customer service are terrible. I won't waste my time or money again.
