I called in beforehand for a quote on engraving. They engrave 12 letters for about $20 which is quite good. They also do shoe repairs and key cutting. The quality of the engraving was quite good. Standard engraving font. Service was reasonable.

Booked in for a consultation as i wanted to start myself on a new medication. I was booked with Dr Sarkar who was very helpful in giving information and discussing the pros and cons to the medication. He was very informative and even reminded me that i was behind in a few shots. The waiting time is minimal in the mornings, but can be a little behind in the late afternoon.

I had an old roll of film from my holidays that i needed to get developed, so i popped into here and was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I was told that the machine that develops the film into photos was broken, so it may take a day or two until i could get my photos (usually it takes an hour or so) I agreed anyway, since i wasn't in any rush to get the pictures. I left my phone number and they contacted me when the machine was up and running and my photos were developed. They were very polite and apologetic throughout the ordeal and even gave me a free copy of my photos on CD

I was trying to gather some information on a trip to japan. Since harbour town is my local haunt, I thought I'd pop into travelworld since i had heard they have some good deals. I must say though, the service was a little disappointing. I was left standing at the door, waiting to be acknowledged while one of the men continued to have a conversation on dogs, and the other ate his lunch at his desk. After 15 minutes of waiting at the door, i was finally greeted and asked how i could be helped. I explained my ideal vacation and was shown a few different brochures for deal packages, which was good. I was also informed of general peak season and off season prices, but the staff member who served me seemed to not be interested in what I wanted to get out of my vacation, instead, insisting on other activities to do there. Overall, the packages are worth looking at and checking out, if you can stand to try and keep the conversation from going off in tangents.

I was feeling very ill, and they managed to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. Usually the appointments run a little behind, but not by much. Doctors are quite helpful, but in my experience they have a little difficulty diagnosing internal problems with unusual symptoms.

I walked in and requested the delivery service. Since the address was nearby they offered to deliver it for free which was lovely of them. I was able to specify an estimated delivery time. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. They came with a little note on how to keep the flowers fresher for longer, they were beautifully arranged with a sprinkle of glitter. The service was quite good, although the name on the card was spelled incorrectly. Bouquets are reasonably priced starting from $5/$10

Such a large chemist! It stocks everything from hair colour and make up, to baby essentials, to wheelchairs and homewares. Also a large perfume section and prescription desk at the back. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable. They're willing to help when you're struggling to find something, although they may be a little busy as they seem to have a lot to do (restocking shelves and such). I find prescription medicines to be cheaper here than any other chemist i've been to and the service is quite fast.

This review is for Kofteburger, Biggera Waters QLD

Opening night of kofteburger was a wonderful experience. The menu was well thought out and the customer service was great. Since there is no other kofteburger outlet on the coast, it took us a while to figure out what we wanted, but the staff were friendly and patient. The cafe is nicely decorated in a modern design and the food was delicious.

This review is for Ispa Kebabs, Biggera Waters QLD

A great healthy alternative to fast food. A lot of people have the misconception that kebab shops are places where dingy seedy looking people serve greasy hangover munchies. But not this place, it has recently been refurbished and looks modern and great. The kebabs are tasty and made fresh. The meat is never undercooked. The service is fast and friendly and staff are patient and helpful. This shop is always busy, especially on the weekends, so it may take a while to get your order, but much faster than any other dine-in style restaurant. Great value for money, tasty, fast, convenient, fresh and quite filling too

Approximate cost: $10

Quite a small restaurant, but very lovely modern decor. Reasonably priced dishes. We decided to dine in. We were offered complimentary nibblies which was lovely. The pizzas were quite filling, but a little heavy handed with the salt. They were packed with topping which was great, but the bases needed a little improvement. We found that they ended up being quite soggy after a while. The dough needed some improvement too as it was a little chewy and tough after a while. Over all, a nice little shop with very lovely owners. Worth a try (they've only just started out) The chef is open to suggestions of improvement
